R & R in Apia
Saturday night we were loose in Apia in search of those commodities nonexistent in the Village of Manunu: beer, a choice of food, and camaraderie. Some of we Trainees joined up with some of the veteran Peace Corps Volunteers, as they showed us around town (one street), ending up at a night club and dancing the night away.
This Sunday almost everything is closed except the movie theater. Mary has slept most of the day. I spent the day typing these blog entries.
